11 days until we close on the new house
15 days until Josie turns 1
170 days til I explode with new baby (give a take a few days)

I really want coffee, but I'm outta creamer and filters, damn. One of the doctors yelled at me for drinking coffee the other day. I have like a cup a day and anything beyond that is...

Thanks so much!

I also remember not feeling pregnant with my 2nd and third babies. Your just so busy already, its easy to forget about it. It does make you take notice more the further along you get! biggrin
serendipitous:
Fuck the docs. It's not like you haven't been through nursing school and are ognorant about what is harmful for zee baby! Bleh.

What's th deal with Miss Josie's b-day party? Still at mom's or will it be at the new house? Any theme? Let me know if you need any help!

Cleaning house time.... want my treadmill? I'll be selling it if not. Also, I am thinking about getting rid of my bedroom furniture due to space reasons. Would you guys be interested in having it for Josie? It's Ethan Allen which means it will probably outlast all of us. I hate to just get rid of it because I've had it since I was 7 or 8. Plus the bed has a canopy part that's at mom's house. I always loved having that when I was younger.

Cable guy arrives today to hook up broadband. Hurray for faster internet!

YIPPPEEEE!!!!!!!!! It's sunny out...hot and humid I dont mind. It did get on my nerves when I was super pregnant last year, and oh, about September it gets a bit much but I don't mind it during the first part of the summer.

Josie started walking! She still crawls more than walks, and its so clumsy but she can walk across the room now. She...

Congrats on the house, did you get the one you posted the picture off?

I am a parent on a porn site, I feel the exact same way, the people I talk to here seem to be much more on my level than on some other parenting sites. Good Company indeed
smile

My boy has been in swim classes since he was about a year old, I get to take him every Saturday and I love it.

15 weeks eh things are definately happening now, of course you have felt them before, all I did was watch, feel and listen.
mamazuma:
That is so cool that you sign with your baby!!!

Best wishes for your closing and congratulations on the house! I'm so glad you found a place you love. You'll be able to cross that off your to do list.

How far apart in age will your babies be? My youngest two are 22 mo. apart.

I think it's nice here for parents too. We have to remember that there is still a sexpot within us even if she's hiding under a pile of laundry and the only ones groping her are underage! (I'm wondering if my 2 y.o. will ever want to give up nursing.)

Yes, women cannot live on motherhood alone.

Rain....Rain.....I love you but I've had enough already. how 'bout a sunny day for a change?!?!
fredfarnance:
I tell ya, not that i want to comaplain after a long winter but 90 and humid for 4 days is more than enough for me.

I could go for running around in the rain if it showed up
megz:
I will send some hunny!! I hope you are feeling good smile

okay- so life has been pretty chaotic and sucky here.

Last week was horrible.
first my car got broken into while I was at work. The drivers side windows were smashed completely out, fortunately nothing was stolen and it was fixed VERY quickly- I love you state farm!

Next...My Bodhi dog who as any one who has read this knows, had been very sick and...

So sorry about your Bodhi dog.

Housing decisions can be so heart wrenching. First to even make a decision you have to imagine what your life would be like in this place. It could be so wonderful, you decide, but then reality is determined by so many factors outside of your control.

My heart goes out to you. I just found and lost THE PERFECT apartment today because else got to it first, too.

Are you feeling your baby kick yet?

soooo......we decided to go look at this house and it is AWESOME!!!!!!! It is big, close by and has this AMAZING yard with fruit trees and plenty of room for the dogs AND kids. I LOVE IT!!!! Problem, we really are about a month away from being able to sell our house. Our garage ended up being like a storage place for people so its...

I never knew such a loan existed, from my limited experience I would have to say it sounds like a real headache.
If all your money is tied up into 2 mortgages can you afford to replace the carpet etc on the existing place

Wow house cleaning/selling is something I am not looking forward to doing, I have about a year before I have to do it.

Other than that everything looks easy, I mean that whole baby thing should be a breeze right?

I should have a few years before the parade of slutty girls, though my son has been a tremendous flirt since birth.

mamazuma:
Love how you visualize your goals! I was taught when I was very young that If you can imagine yourself reaching a goal then your mind will work toward it without you even being aware of it all the time. Positive thought and intention are seriously powerful things.

As for more babies.... Three is plenty for us. And this way I will STILL be young when they are grown!!!

Confession: Hubby was scedualed for a vasectomy when we found out #3 was on the way....Big surprise!

But there are many things I love about being a sahm and I am greatful that we can manage it. But I'm not sure I have found that balence between their needs and mine. Maybe I should visualize that wink

bad news, Bodhi dog's lymphoma has developed a drug resistance, his lymph nodes are all swollen up and he is breathing really heavy. He is still eating, drinking and active for now, but I am afraid it is getting down to our last few weeks with him here. We are just trying to love on him alot and let him know how much we love...

So sorry about your doggie....

Also congrates on your second! I can relate... my second and third are 22 mo. apart. It's hard to keep up with the kids when you're not feeling well.

Spiritrual Midwifery was my constant companion during preg. # 1! Have you read Birthing From Within by Pamela England? I can't recommend it highly enough!
mamazuma:
I used to want to be a midwife too after my first. It will be years untill I can be on call so I decided to go into Childbirth education. I started studying with BithWorks, but had to put it on the back burner as family life got more demanding. I'm thinking about picking it back up this fall when my #2 starts school. That's exciting, I would love to be working again...It's been 4 years that I've been home full time. Love my kids to peices, but I miss having my fingers in the outside world!

Are you an L&D nurse in the birth center you mentioned? It sound like a great place! I've never heard of any red tent parties around here, such a great idea!

PS... I felt ambivilant when I discovered my 3rd preg... in fact I cried all day whatever I also had some greif over letting go of my 2nd as the baby. Cried over that during labor (let go and moved on though!)
I think those feelings are VERY natural. I finally learned to embrace all pregnant feelings by the third. Went to a little class taught by Pam England that go around that was very profound.

My pregnancies and births have taught me more than any other experience in my life. Quite a transformation, eh?

Hope you are feeling well!

okay, so I am actually feeling much better. I cut out all fatty foods from my diet completely for the past 3 days. That did the trick. I am pretty hungry now, from so many days of not eating, I am pretty much doing the vegan thing. It seems I can have a little bit of dairy if its non fat, but i'm pretty sure...

Hurray for feeling better! Bella's appointment was last week. They were supposed to clean her teeth and remove that thing on her tum, but she has a UTI and is now on antibiotics for 2 weeks. Thursday is D Day. I need to make room for Andrew because I don't know where I'm going to put him! smile I'll be happy not treking back and forth between houses... what a pain that was.

I'm more likely to show up in the area for work before heading to disney, my sone is too young and by the time he is old enough we should have a 2nd on the way (if all goes well)
