So my birthday was great! I went to brunch on Saturday and had mimosas and got great presents from my s-i-l, she got me spa gift certificates and some stuff from lush.....she knows me so well.....
Then on Sunday we went hanggliding, it was fun but I think i didn't enjoy it as much as I would the next time I do it. I am seriously afraid to fly and I had a bumpy ride so it was very, very scary for me and I didn't know what to expect so I was nervous the whole time, but now that I know what to expect I think I could let go and enjoy it more. I am seriously a chicken-shit but it hosestly was very peaceful and serene up there, I defeinitely need to try it again.
Then we came back to my house and had birthday cake, my friend made me a pumpkin cake ( I LOVE PUMPKIN!!!) it was really good and then she gave me my present, gift card for Sephora...YAY!!!!!!!!! I might have to go today!!!
SO, yeah, it was a good birthday. Now my anniversary is tomorrow, but I know what I am getting the hubby. And then my friends b-day is Saturday (her 30th, too) and I want to get her something good but am having trouble deciding. I was thinking about doing a spa thing for her and then we could go together but Im not sure if she would love that as much as I do, but she loves getting pedicures and stuff so she would probably be into it.
Anyway- I have the day off and have a million and one things i should do but probably I will go check out the spa and then go to the mall.
can we say SLACKER!!!! oh well
