So my husband and I have been married almost 2 weeks and were already fighting about our finances. He's military and one of the perks is additional pay to be married, which is awesome, but he wants to keep separate accounts, which I'm totally for, but we can't seem to figure out how were going to pay bills, separate or together. UGH! I get its about compromise, but we just can't seem to.. finally i just said, "fuck it." and quite talking about it!

Unlike other places , the done thing on SG is to reply on the other person's blog as otherwise they won't know you've replied.

I'm in the Army and my wife and I use her paycheck for the small bills and mine for the larger stuff like Car notes etc. pretty sure you guys have figured it out by now but if not that's something to consider. We also have separate accounts. Oh and I suppose its a little late but Congratulations on getting "hitched" ooo aaa <====Monkey
