Is anyone good at Photoshop? If I take a photoset I'll need someone to tweak / resize etc.
On a side note, I'm considering getting a small tattoo, what's the best place? So far I've been thinking under hip bone, lower back (to the side), ankle, wrist, back of neck, or shoulder blade.

yeah i can use photoshop, i do it for a living... well kinda... i'm a concept/comic artist, and i've used it everyday for about 6 years... so i know my way round it

as fo the tattoo... as jint says... depends on size design and reason.... a good tattoo in the wrong place can be ruined

what kind of thing have you in mind? (for the set itself and for the p/shop treatment of it)
as to the tattoo, I think the design will or should determine the place you put it and yet, being applied to a 3D surface (you) the place will also effect the design. Also think about if you want to be something you can keep hidden if wanted, Style: abstract/tribal, painting/drawing or old skool etc. Finally why you want it. Is it to mark a point in your life, pure decoration, declaration of intent, (re)claiming your body etc. and that will also help with what and where.
My advice start with a concept, try and draw it up yourself (however roughly) and then go and talk it through with a tattoo artist who can collaboratively finesse it. Don't just go in to a shop and pick something off the wall
