I totally need to update... so here goes on on this monday morning.
I went out on Thursday night - I took Andy to a strip club for his birthday. It was alright - we went to the Port Office - which was quite a mistake. Rumour has it though that they are the last 2-4-1's left in town - I say it's not worth it. There was this really strange 5 guys to every 1 girl ratio going on. And guys hanging out in groups all looked like hairdressers or rainbow sorbet with their pastel shirts.
Friday night I think we stayed in. I seemed to have lost Friday completely in my head...
Saturday - checked out Monster Zoku Onsomb at Ric's. They got a new girl - she just didn't fit - she seemed pretty awkward. Weird though how many hip-hop looking people were there for the show. I mean it's techno music but they girls are fully punked out and retro-weird. And of course what's drinking at Ric's without someone pointing out someone from that butterfingers band.
I was meant to check out my friend doing her show at the goth club but it got a little to late and the husband and I made it home - early enough to even catch a train.
So that was me... nothing to exciting. Hmm... then on Sunday we went and bought a pixies record and I bought the old Architecture in Helsinki cd - and it's awesome!!! Going to listen to it while I go to work this morning - so catch yah!!!
