I really need to figure out how to upload pictures on the right KB size without altering the picture so much that it becomes not worth it. I know it can be done and easy but I'm just too lazy to figure it all out.

Ahh but I do have a computer chair - so maybe spend more time on the computer figuring stuff out! I've been using cheap plastic ikea chairs with cushions and it really hurts the tail bone after awhile. Now I can sit cross-legged on my swinging new computer chair. Makes my office look real smart too.

So I had a busy Saturday - it was great!!!! I went to the Buddha Birthday Festival at Southbank! It was so much fun. We watched some martial arts and some taiwanese dance and drama. Ate some pad thai. Laughed and joked with some Korean guys. Took photos with my camera phone. My sister wet the buddha and did a little prayer. It was totally cool and you all should have been there.

So... I'm going to go to Hong Kong and China next year with my sister. We were going to go to Japan but we decided with my basic mandarin language skills China would be the better choice! Also we want to buy some electronics - she a video camera and me a digital slr - so where else in the world would you go to buy that??? Although I've been to China I'd go again. Spend more free time there than just getting toured around. I'm so excited about it. I need to pick up some travel brochures this week!!

I also need to get my British passport. The american guy who just stayed with us - going to germany - he had his british passport. He told me to do it - and soon. Although I think I'd go to China on my Aussie.

Wow... only one year left of my three year ban from USA. Weird. Although I'm sure I can get it waived. I just haven't bothered to. That means I've been here for nearly three years. Fucking crazy.

You know I learn this all the time but I suffer so poorly from being impatient it's something I'm always learning. Life just takes a little time. I love feeling urgent and forcing things along. I hate sitting back and waiting... but sometimes you just have to.

So this week I'd like to make it to the dendy to see the dave chappells block party movie. Return my videos on time. Get some scrap booking done at work and pay off my supplies. Not be short with my temper this week.

I work with this welsh woman. Now I'm a major autonomous worker. I really enjoy quiet, think space while I work and don't need attention and conversation. This welsh woman is the opposite and it has been grating on me lately. Oh well - what ever!! She also spends half of her day wondering around talking to people and I'm the one left doing the work. I wouldn't mind so much if she didn't have the phone on her all the time.

I want an office job again. I like having my desk at work and feeling a little bit important.

Start my new subject this month. Photography intro course. Very excited about it now that I have my computer chair. I totally need a little soft reading chair and then I'll have my furniture for study.

I better iron my uniform and get ready for work. I'll be late.
