So I want to take a ballet class - but they don't offer adult ballet classes without being super serious. So I might consider belly dancing. I don't know though... I got a friend who does it but she's one of those gorgeous earth types... and as much as I'd like to be - I'm just not.

So work is okay. Liking it for some things not liking other things but overall I enjoy. I worked the sunglass shop which was pretty good. I made very good sales for three hours. I guess I find it easier to sell from a variety of brands to suit a customer need rather than bullshitting about the one over priced brand.

I drowned my phone in my bag and I feel like my life has ended. I'm back using this old colourless daggy thing, but you know what - it's kinda easier to use in its simplicity. Funny how I get so wrapped up in technology.

I'm henna-ing my head tomorrow at a friends house. I'm kinda gaining friends - well attempting to. This has been hard for me... friends. I'd rather spend time by myself at home without them but it's nice to have friends other than my husband. He fulfills so many things - he'll even play girly with me sometimes - I'm lucky for that, but I guess I then put no effort into relationships!!

Last night's storm was pretty bad. We had to go to a party in Morningside that Andy was insistant we attempt while it's hailing golf balls. You know the news has always said "it hailed the size of golf balls" in some distant part of Brisbane and I've always thought - yeah whatever. But it's true - they can fall in large lumps of ice. It's freaky. And the roads were covered in knee deep water on the high land area - can't imagine what it had been like in lower areas. Shamus was outside during it all. We came home and he was all wet and sad. I felt like such a horrible parent but then I gave him food and he was fine.
