Okay - it's Tuesday - my Sunday. Taking 2 days off work has been fun.
Stayed home with Shamus - who is 'the cat from norway got stuck in the doorway but my cat likes to hide in boxes' at the moment. He follows me around from room to room. He flinches when he here's birds flying. Oh what a weirdo cat. He goes outside in the daylight now - in the mornings. Plays with moths and butterflies. If I love a cat this much how bad is it going to be when I have children???
I really liked childrens books when I was a kid. I seem to have a great memory for them as well. My favourite childrens book - picture book - was.... The Wind in the Willows. I just loved that crazy toad and Mr Badger.
Job interview on Thursday at the airport. A friend is flying in from Sydney as well. I'll drop her off where she needs to go. How convenient is that? I love airports. I love planes. I love flying. I think it's been passed on down through my grandad - he was RAF don't you know.
I'm totally not into Christmas this year. It's a big - eh - which sucks. But with job changing and education - we don't have the money for a great christmas. I'm more excited about boxing day - playing some drunk cricket with friends. We'll have to go somewhere awesome this time round. Can't have people falling into the Brisbane river again.
NYE - sucks. Not thinking about it. I'd like to have a party again for X'mas or NYE but maybe a bit smaller than the last. Oh boy... that was a doozy of a party. Although sometimes I wonder why can't I just have normal friends? Why do parties end with people huddled into a small room snorting and sharing chaotic stories reassuring themselves that their lives are alright.... ?... Although feedback was brilliant. Wasn't a person who didn't enjoy themselves... I guess we'll have to get the uni-cycle and juggling guys back for the next party.
I haven't received mail for 2 days. That really pisses me off. I love getting mail. Even if it's just bills. At least it's addressed to me. I like postcards the best and packages second. Packages are always fun to read where they're from and open them...
I keep falling asleep in front of the tv. I love it when tv gets bad and I end up not watching it. Makes me feel like a better person!! I've been really into documentaries lately though. Watched that North Korea Mass Games docu last night on ABC, pretty crazy. I think it's funny cause they teach their kids about asshole americans - the big evil and my sister-in-law (in the USA) was telling me her computer got corrupted by North Korean hackers the other day. It makes me wonder what bullshit do I believe that isn't true?
I guess there isn't actually truth.... and I'll stop right there.
