Oh my gosh guys - we didn't end up going bowling because Andy's hurt his back - pretty bad. We just did some stretching this morning and he's in some pain still. Poor guy. He hurt his back in Hawaii lifting something that weighed too heavy to lift... and now it comes back.

Back pain is bad, Andy has my sympathies. I've been doing pilates for a few months now and that seems to be paying off, but it's different for everyone.

im here mainly for sights and to say i have been overseas. plus to see a bunch of bands
its been cool i got some AWESOME clothes today and we r goin to venice and santa monica tomorrow (or today i guess cos its after 12 hahah)
ive seen some messed up shit here alright faar out eye openeer for sure.

I hope your toothache gets better sweetie!! I used to have a fear of dentists as well, and I didn't go for about 7 years.. 
i finally had to go cause i had a toothache and I had to get like three fillings and I had the laughing gas and it was soo good... i kept telling them it wasn't working and they should turn it up so I just sat there wasted for 45 minutes while they drilled holes in my teeth..
