I have some great news! Just when I was down on my luck and losing my fight, I got an email my account was expiring. “Ugh 🙄” Right?

I stumbled upon another email.

After 6 months of patience, begging, going in circles, tears, anger, and every unsettling feeling that washes over you during disappointment:

I finally got the set back that I shot last year! Here’s a little feature of my modern Audrey Hepburn/Holly Golightly cosplay/inspired set. I’ll be able to save my account and continue my long journey of becoming a SuicideGirl.

I just need to get my set prepped for the front page (it wasn’t edited as the photographer promised) and submit it. At this point, I may even just send them untouched, truthful, and raw.

Every girls road to becoming pink is different, and maybe, just maybe, because it took me years to get it; it’ll taste sweeter to me than it would have if I went pink in 2013.

...And then maybe I really hope I hit the mark this time. I put my soul into this set. If it’s not front page material, then do I deserve to be here still?...

When I took this picture I was just being silly with the girls! I cannot wait for the show. I love to see the community out and about and being able to meet people who found their way to this iconic site. What are the odds of this safe haven bringing us all together in such a way that it does! :)
