Its been a very long week. Saturday I left the ATL for Cinci, drove 6 hours to spend a day with the parents and sister. Dropped off my retarded cat and got my car looked at and ate free food and drank free beer. Then had to drive back to Atlanta on Monday so I could finish packing.
Then came the big trip. Timid and I left Wednesday morning and drove 2600 miles to get to the San Francisco area yesterday morning. Lots of fun. We managed to drive through Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada and California. Wyoming and western Nebraska were amazing, as were the mountains in Cali and Utah. Everything else was pretty boring though. We took a couple hundred pictures on the way out, so look at Flickr sometime in the near future for a shitload of pictures taken from a car window.
Now its time to find a place to live. I've gotten a couple hits from Craigslist that I'm going to check out today. Hopefully I can get something near EA in Redwood City, but we'll see.
