As usual, the cold and the sunshine have restored my spirits.

Status Quo isn't necessarily a dirty phrase. The interior of the farm is coming along with great strides in cleanliness and straightliness. I'm even comfortable recieving guests in my kitchen. I'm still not very proud of my bathroom however.

Winter is so beautiful here. The creeks flooded, froze and receeded, leaving all the trees with icey skirts. The nights are all crystal clear with these skies that are the definition of black. The coyotes sing almost every night now, I guess the cold has brought them together. There's thick, lacey frost every morning.
