Cold snap is slowly dying. Along with my strength to change my situation.

I just feel so powerless alluva sudden. I just get washed away by life sometimes. From time to time I feel like I've got a grip and I'm steering and then whoosh just being flushed who knows where.

The decadence of a cold snap in August is spoiling me. It's luxuriously chilly of a night here just now, but it can easily reach 100 in September. I'll just have to enjoy it while I can.

I purchased my first pair of overalls at the farm suppy store yesterday. I figure if I'm gonna live onna farm, and bust my ass to make it beautiful I should dress the part.

They're stunningly functional and way confortable. I see why generations of Americans have been wearing them. I recommend them highly.

The rains came today,which is rare in August, and along with them came a relentless pounding headache.

The lackluster performance of the sweet corn is being made up for by the size of the pumpin patch. I'm gonna have some sincere amount of pumpkins, Linus. I shall have to do something Burton-esque with all my excess pumpkins. I don't like pumpkin pie.

I have aquired the most awesome rocking chairs for my front porch! Just as soon as it's not like we're living on the surface of the sun, I'm having friends over for front porch rocking and conversation. I believe chilled Bing Cherries, Corona and something from the Allman Brothers would be appropriate for such an occasion.
