Well, my stomach hasn't quite reached the outta hand level yet. It's more of a wee podge than anything. I'll still do sit-ups anyway. It was a bit shocking to be a skinny sod for 27 years and then discover I actually got some body fat on me.
i feel like i have stretched out my abdomen muscles.. they are all achy. I have no clue as to why since it's not like i have done any sort of exercising.
