Wow, I am on an exercise binge.
Today I bought (drum roll, please) TRAINERS! Real proper trainers for jogging and yoga and getting fit. I tried jogging this morning in my Converse, and needless to say, my feet were damp and cold in no time, and I slipped and fell about a hundred times.
Muddy.
Now, to tidy my tip of a room, and throw some serious yoga shapes.
