man last night was crazy i couldnt sleep for the life of me and between phone calls and tex messages i didnt get to sleep until 3 or so and then to top it off i had to be at the gym at 7am ....and im still hurt'n from my PT test yesterday...
havent hurt like this in i dont know how long..hehehehehe
