Well another week gone.!
And a little over a month and no booze or smokes and it feels good no it feels great.
But today was pretty bad, i had gotten real down and a lot of stuff hit me and i almost lost.
I was so close to drowning my sadness in a bottle but thanks to some really good friends some far some near, i didnt give in. so thanks to Mysticeyes,Sidney,O and friends back home with out you all i dont know how i would handle all this.....So i send much love to all of you and best wishes..
