Today should be a good day. I have no "zOMG1!! THIS WAS DUE YESTERDAY!!" type deadlines, which is a first in a couple weeks. Even yesterday I got to leave at 6 pm (I think I finished up around 5:45 but I wanted to wait for my bus), which is like the earliest in weeks.
Ms. Ember is back at her parents', so it's been me and the cats. Midna was a total bitch yesterday, poor Madison really needs to start defending himself. He's like five times her weight (no, really, that's not an exaggeration) and could probably eat her in one sitting.
I beat Metroid Prime 3 last night. The last like, hour, had zero save points. But it didn't matter because the last boss was a bit too easy. Actually, yeah, it was really easy. But I unlocked "Hypermode Difficulty" which is probably a real challenge. Lack of challenge aside, it was still good times.

If I feel up to it I might give it a replay soon and try Hypermode, hopefully I'll die more than once. I just wish I started on Veteran difficulty. But I might jump back to finish off Super Paper Mario, or maybe even go back and finish off my replay of Chrono Cross instead.
Tomorrow I think I'm headed into NJ for the day/night, probably gonna spend some time with the parental units and then hang out with friends. Yeah, people that talk back to you unlike the cats.
Hmm. I wonder what lunch plans there are today...
