I'm cross-posting this from my real blog:
Thanks to Darel Rex Finley's TSG, I can now easily make Star Wars intros (yes, that's a Mac application). Although I don't know what TSG stands for, it's fun. And after scouring the net for proper audio (and iTunes' free 30 second previews, even for songs that are under thirty seconds), I was able to create this abomination.
No, I don't think I'll be adding this to the Animation section. Though its stupidness does rival that of the Chuck Norris and Super Troopers animations... maybe I'll split it up into serious work and retarded work. Or maybe something as simple as work and play. Whatever. Not like that "future new layout" from like three years ago will ever be finished... or worked on.
Note to self: SG blogs do not like HTML nor smart quotes nor any other fancy Unicode characters. Le sigh...
Edit: And I finally added a goddamn profile pic... which will probably get stolen by some asshole and put on Slashdot without my mad photoshop skillz credit and then someone will get the genius idea for a Star Wars themed porn site. Until George Lucas' storm troopers ... uh, storm in and kill me, the Slashdotter, and the porn site guy/gal. Nothing is ever fun until everybody dies.
Last edit, seriously: In addition to the Darth Vader one (he can't be the blackest motherfucker in the galaxy and not get lots of ass. C'mon, his wife died like twenty-something years ago, he's got to get action somehow), I also added the Masterminds pic as well. Once I find a non-shitty photo of myself, I will put it up. Until then... I dunno, check my facebook or myspace profiles. (The lovely Photoshop masterpieces were one used for polls on my blog. In another time... when I still ran weekly amusing as hell polls.)
I wish this had a field for current music.
