hey every one....
well things are looking up. mexico's been very cold.. arround 48F and the problem here is that houses don't have any insulation or heating so its cold outside and inside...i dont' really complain i have a very warm body so i just need some nice clothes and that's it
annyways... i'm with the ashtanga yoga certification course and i'm loving every bit of it!
and in hockey i'm training with the mayor national team... and the federation tournamet started so far 2 games, won both.. 1-0 and 7-0 looking good!

finally is up i think there are some stuf that needs work and some that takes tme to load...but i'll get it right!
