Woke up late today, around 2pm. Watered and tended to the garden, rearranged plant and flower pots. The backyard is finally starting to green up again, due to fertilizer, reseeding and resoiling it for the last three weeks.
Spent about an hour and half of drumming, an hour of guitar practice and conditioning, and a little time cleaning up my home studio. I was sweating up a storm.
My dad has been laid off for a little over a year now. Fuck you bush, your whole administration, and your whole bush-it economy. So he decided to go into business for himself. Family and friends have been helping him out, it's taken some time and effort to get it up and running, and it's finally starting to pick up. He just received a new shipment of product today, so I spent the rest of the day, labeling and inspecting them, and taking inventory.
Thinking about picking up the Underworld Extended Version DVD. I own the original widescreen edition, then this new version was released...Damned greedy Hollywood cinema bastards.

My studio took about five years in the making, alot of the interior was all done with my own hands, from the tiles and track lighting on the ceiling, to the studio foam and acoustics on the side walls. My mom helped me sow some frequency masking material for curtains on the windows. I have an old partition made of steel with thicker than shit glass, that divides the room from the live studio and the control room, etc.
