I think that the insomnia was brought on by the back pain; it was difficult to find a fairly comfortable sleeping position. I did manage to get a bit of rest last night, and my back doesn't feel quite as bad as it did yesterday. We'll see.

My back is better/not better today. Better, cause it's not as painful and there's no spasms...but not better, cause it's still a strong, sorta dull (I realize that sounds kinda backwards) constant pain. But it's better than it was the past two days, so I'm very thankful for that! I can breathe normally, so that is definitely a bonus
I am hoping I can get myself moved to Montreal this year, but sometimes, I get pretty down about it and feel like it's never going to happen. I miss people there, a lot, and it gets hard

On a much happier note theres only 4 days left till our 5 year anniversary between Rubix and me!!! This Saturday it will be 5 years together!!! I would of never though she would put up with me that long.hahaha.I'm one lucky son of a bitch!!! I love her more and more everyday.... pretty soon I think I might burst!!!I can't wait till Saturday.
