Have been worried because my cousin's wife's parents live in Thai land....thankfully on the unaffected side of the island and they are all good.

I am going to talk to my doctor about my sleep. I have mild sleep apnea which really wasn't that treatable with a CPAP machine, and my insurance probably doesn't cover that anyway. Right now I take 15mg of Mirtazapine (Remeron) to help me sleep about ten hours per night, sometimes less and sometimes more. I would like to sleep less, especially with the busy next semester I am facing, so we'll have to see what my doctor can do for me.
