That's a picutre of me abusing a rental bike in Switzerland. It's not a very good picture but it's not my fault. I was on the bike.

When I see someone do a wheelie, I think to myself, "good job. I'm proud of you and I'd like to mentally thank you for entertaining me and brightening my day." It's taken me years to realize that...

a halo does not sound like fun. i'm glad for you that you didn't have to go through that.

before i had my surgery, i got to go through the hospital and meet a couple other kids who'd had the same surgery i was going to get. one girl had the same surgery as me and then had to lay in bed, without being able to sit up at all, for 6 months. the doctor's warned me "you may have to do that too." i told them "that's NOT going to happen." and thankfully, it didn't.

the full rods aren't so bad. i still slump in my own way. besides, i gained 2 and a half inches from it. instead of being 4'11", i'm 5'1". heh. wink

i'm curious, what kind of medications did they give you? i was on morphine at first, which gave me lovely dreams, but they took me off it cuz they said i was getting addicted and put me on demarol. the demarol sucked; exactly 5 seconds after i hit the button for a little more painkiller, i'd have to puke, and not having anything in my stomach made that an even more unpleasant experience. if i hadn't been so doped up, i would have been miserable. wink

i also got valium before surgery, since i'm afraid of needles, and tylenol 3 with codeine after i got out of hospital.

I've been all busy and shit. I had to finish a project for work. That's boring so that's all I'll say about that. Went camping / dirt biking several weeks ago as previously announced. I did, indeed, drink a bud from a can. I almost started laughing when the guy handed it too me. We were surrounded by mullets. Many deliverence jokes were made. People...

heh. that's funny, thinking the back brace was a bulletproof vest. biggrin

i remember once, my mom was helping me change the shirt underneath, so i was laying on my back on the counter (this was before i taught myself how to do it on my own to spare myself the humiliation), and my little brother (who was about 2 or 3 at the time) asked "is mommy gonna change your diaper?"

i was supposed to wear the shell for a year. but i've always had a defiant streak, and i would often walk around with it off at my friends houses or when my parents weren't home. i lived in eastern washington at the time, where it often gets to 105 degrees in the summer, and it was torture to have to wear that thing. plus, i looked like a boobless blob, so everyone was always asking me if i was a boy or a girl.

my rods run the entire length of my back, from the base of my neck to my pelvic bone. my back is still crooked in spite of that, but nowhere near as bad as it was. i remember the physical therapy too, how they had to teach me all over again how to walk down stairs or get out of bed, but i didn't have to deal with paralysis like you did.

It's my birthday. Next year, I'll be officially old. I'm going camping / dirt biking this weekend. I am super white trash. I might even bring my gun.

whoa. you have rods too? mine was indeed for scoliosis, what about yours?

funny enough, my body doesn't seem to be able to handle any other metal; all of my piercings (except my tongue) refused to heal, bled daily, or grew out.

oh, and happy birthday, a little late.

Last week I was an elephant seal. This week I'm a mexican wrestler. As such, I like to spend time hangin upside down from the molding over doorways.

I can't wait 'til my girlfriend comes home so's I can put her in a headlock.

Actually, I decided on the camel clutch instead. I pinned her in like five moves. I'm pretty good against people that are smaller than me.

Last night, I cleaned the fish kitchen, defended myself against angry sea lions, and stuffed phenobarbital into a semi-frozen herring. Today, I have decided to represent myself to the world as a sickly elephant seal.

If you would like to associate a sound with my new profile picture, it should be a combination of snorting, farting, and belching. Please imagine that I smell like dead...

Very close. I think it needs to be sped up just a bit and perhaps a bit more attach for added snort. Not that I'm complaining... I never imagined I'd get a wav file to go along with my new online identity. Thanks.

I hate my job. Unfortunately, I agreed to finish this fooking project. They tricked me by offering me a bonus to finish it. I should've just said no.

Thanks gimme. I appreciate it but I'm curious to know what made you fall for me. Was it the evil duck on the front of my motorcycle? Is it my enthusiasm for my job?
gimmesatisfaction:
Yes. No. Other.

There's a suicide girl that lives in my neighborhood (or maybe she just hangs out here). I don't think I would have recognized her except for the tattoos. It makes me feel funny when I see her.

Hey look, I'm my own friend.
