We went kayaking today. We saw a Sea Lion that was sitting on top of a mooring bouy. He had an orange tag from the marine mammal center on one of his flippers. It was really cool to see one of the critters we might have helped to rehabilitate out there doing his normal sea lion thing. He looked like he was nearly adult so, hopefully, in a year or two he'll be swimming down to mexico around this time of year to go and make new sea lions.

kayaking? Oh yeah..you're not living in the deep freeze of an iceblock. You can actually GO outside. Good for you! When we come out of hybernation I plan to be outside alot and then there won't be much of me on here....

I have heard about those dolphins. They were just deployed to the gulf last week.
