I shaved my head again and my former boss told me I looked scary. I'm hoping that she meant scary in the "tough-guy who plays by his own rule / I'm a rebel Dottie" sort of way and not in the "hideously deformed product of inbreeding" of way.

500 bucks is downright reasonable for a MC trans rebuild if it includes labor to R&R. My car trans is a 6-speed T-56 manual, a devilishly complicated twin-rail unit that requires all kinds of special tools (that I don't have) to set up correctly. I'm letting the pros do this one...
