really sad shit today in my family. my uncle Scott commited suicide.

just got off the phone with my dad. today my aunt woke up and my uncle wasnt around and she looked all around for him and went in the bedroom and found a note saying that he decided to end his life and that he didnt want a service and wanted to be cremated. she went outside and saw him lying down by the pond they had. he had a shotgun lying at his feet and had used a pillow to muffle the sound so he wouldnt wake up my aunt.

i dont really know truely why he did it but I do know he had been in pain for years caused by his prostate. and had been to hundreds of doctors and been on every painkiller there was and it could not solve his pain or problem, surgery would not have even made it better.

man, like 7 months ago I was visiting him with the rest of my family and me and him went and rode around on some 4wheelers and talked about drinking and some other stuff. Scott was a pretty fucking cool guy in my view. he was a little odd but he was pretty down to earth. man I just wish i could have said some more stuff to him the last time I talked to him if I knew he was going to do this. like told him i thought he was a really cool guy and such. he was in his mid 40's I believe.

this is for you Scott. I fucking miss you bro.
