So, there's this dude named Chris Brown. He's a magician. I found out about him on YouTube and got him to be my "friend" on MySpace. Yes, I use MySpace even though it's incredibly stupid. He sent out a bulletin asking for fresh ideas to which I replied. To which, very much to my surprise, he replied back by saying that he wrote down the idea. I'm very much aware that this is just a kind gesture and that he may or may not have actually written it down, but the point is that this hardworking, young magician went out of his way to thank me and be overly kind in a small fashion. My friends and family don't even do that!
In light of this, I've decided to become a total media whore for Chris. I think he's a fantastic magician and I know he's a likable guy, so why not. Everyone, if anyone, who reads this: Please, visit Chris' MySpace (the above link) and show him some love by requesting his friendship if you're a member or just by watching his videos. If you're able to, please spring the cash to get his DVD when it comes out. This guy's making art that, literally, everyone can enjoy, so the least you can do is show him support.
