I just went jogging.
I've conclusively determined that jogging is most definitely not a sport, activity, or any such form of recreation.
Jogging is a ritualistic dance so summon all of Hell into one's lungs and allowing the rowdy nature of demons, tortured souls, and Satan himself to run rampant.
Jogging is pure evil.

All I can taste is the aftertaste of blood. I'm pretty much choking on my own saliva. I'm drinking water like I've been sunbathing in the Sahara nestled into a giant frying pan lathed with Pam after being marinated in a sweet yet tangy mixture of acid, salt, and boiling grease.

Fuck jogging.
Fuck exercise.
