Well, the trip has been well so far... both Tennessee and Georgia are really beautiful this time of year. It's also nice to be able to go outside at night and not have to take a jacket.
My friend's mom is very excited about cooking for me, which I think is kind of funny. I'm usually pretty easygoing as far as food goes, but she's still "up to the challenge". This morning, in fact, she is making me GRITS, to celebrate my first visit to the south. I'm so pumped.
