Well I just had a job interview with such obscure questions as "how do your personal qualities relate to software testing in our teams?" or someshit like that..
They rang me back about an hour afterwards telling me I got the job though, although I just realised I have no idea how much I'm supposed to be getting paid, although I think its in the 12-15k catagory.
I wouldnt be suprised if most of the other applicants were trained monkeys.
