I just found out that the renovations the landlord has been doing on our place has been in order to get an new appraisal with the intention of refinancing. If he doesn't get a good deal he will be selling this place. Thus I have to move! I am not thrilled with this idea. I don't want to move. I love the Lower Haight and 2 of my 3 roommates. The 3rd is leaving next month so I am happy to be replacing him and hopefully we can find someone better. That said ... is anyone interested in a room that you may have to move out of in a few months? HAHA
