damn!!! i cant sleep.....i took a somethingto help me and still.....i cant sleep!!! ive got stupid songs going through my head, whats that about?? was gonna wake my g/f up for , ya know 
but she hates to be bothered when shes sleep, plus we already....um anyway, too much info (dont wanna gross anybody out) But i feel much better today than i have been lately. ive been like down in the dumps, but i got alot of shit off my chest today. fathers day is coming up and i miss my father (R.I.P), my son is away, just dealing with stuff ya know? did some shopping today, or better yet i took the lady out to spend my money today, had a good time just the two of us for a change. i think i should try and lay my ass down before these pills kick in and i fall on my face...........
