These are from my friend Cindy's birthday party. We went to Lucky Strikes in Boston. I really don't miss anything about cities.

Me, Em, and Cyn. We all used to have our tongues pierced. We had done it on the same day in a row so every time we got together we would take one of these pictures. Cyn and I have taken ours out but the photo still has to be taken.

How was everyone's weekend?? What did you do??

I had a few things proven to me this weekend...

--Moving was the best thing I could have ever done for me and my kids.

--Some people will never change. Even if you really want them to. It's not going to happen and it is better to just let go.

--My brother is crazy and needs help. I don't think it will do any good though.

--I feel horrible for my Mother. She understands more than I thought.

--That house sucks the life out of me. You can feel it draining from you.

--It is hard to believe I was ever happy there, maybe I never really was.

--I missed Jme more than I would have imagined. I love him more than he knows.

--Selfish people TOTALLY suck and aren't worth the time you take to try to help.

--My Mom is not going to survive if she has to live like this much longer.

--I will NEVER move back there.

--I am stronger than I think.

--I really do know who I am and what I want (that is the best feeling)

Jme had to come and pick us up yesterday. I was really happy about it. I felt bad that he had to drive all the way and back but I think the kids and I were really happy it happened that way. It was nice to make that ride home with all of us together. The mountains looked amazing and I realized I could never live in a more beautiful place. The closer I got to home the happier I felt. It was the opposite going down. The closer I got to that house the more my stomach hurt. I walked in to our kitchen and peace came over me, and the kids too. I can't believe I lived where I did, and with what, for so long.

It's SO good to be home.

Life is too short.
Be sure to live it happy and the way YOU want to.
To hell with anyone who gets in your way.
If anyone holds you back from what you want, let them go, they will only keep you from what you really can be.
