so im the boss at work. i had to put an employee on a 'last chance agreement' today. it made my stomach hurt. shes like 15 min late every day, falsified her timecard, and calls in sick either after her shift starts, on my cell phone at 245am, or not at all. what is up with that behavior? ugh. shes been with us 2.5 years. she has always been a superstar. damn.

in other news why we fight won the sundance american documentry grand jury prize. so yay! the film was made by the brother of the guy who did capturing the freidmans. so there is a fun fact. im hoping with the win the movie should expand to wide release. watch for it!
