Reading: Michael Marshall Smith's Spares. I've read it before but had forgotten how much I like his worlds. It's just about the last of the summer reading I can do. As of March 7, it'll be back to uni texts. And first year texts at that - I'm tutoring a fresh set of noobies this year. A nice change from second year tutoring and the readings are always shorter as we ease them into uni life 
Preparing: a costume for an 1980s themed birthday next weekend. I'm going as a Cabbage Patch Kid. I need a gingham pinafore and wool pigtails. The chubby knees are already part of the package. Freaky's going to sign Xavier Roberts's signature across my butt to complete the look.
Wondering: how many people I'll end up showing that to over the course of the night... Guess it depends on how many drinks I guzzle. Probably not that many as Sprat = cadbury drunk.
Asking: what should my CPK name be? Remember how they had total white-trash-trying-to-be-classy names? I need to be re-christened... suggestions greatly appreciated...
