Completing: the LJF report. Some of you might remember me talking about this ages ago. It's a report on the use of Forum Theatre as a community legal education technique for recently arrived migrants and refugees from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds now residing in Sydney's western suburbs on issues of domestic violence and how the law deals with it in Australia. I'd forgotten how surreal it is to write things like:
"The FT project was designed as a CLE initiative for individuals from CALD backgrounds about DV and obtaining AVOs. " Acronyms aplenty! We're just a couple of days away from finishing it (having put it on hold when the initial funding ran out. Thankfully some more $ has turned up so I'm not doing this for free - just for a lousy hourly rate...oh, and the potential of a pre-graduation publication.)

Feeling: like shit. I've got a summer cold and it's doing my fuckin' head in. Send me your good wishes, pretty please?
