29 Things I've Learnt by the Age of 29 (which I will be next month...)
1. Manners matter. Always. Use them.
2. Cats are people, too.
3. Good sex cures just about anything. Similarly, bad sex is not only bad for your health, it should be illegal.
4. Things change. Wanting them not to wont stop it from happening.
5. No one is good at everything. (Dammit)
6. Swearing is good for the soul. Fuck, shit, cunt.
7. Driving fast at night is sexy. So is smoking.
8. Lying to others may be warranted but lying to yourself is dangerous. In more ways than one.
9. Blondes dont have more fun. Ask a redhead.
10. All rules about Day Wear vs Night Wear, white pants and Labor Day, Blue and Green together and so on are a crock. Break em and flaunt it at every opportunity.
11. Glasses are meant to be nerdy - it's what makes them so good. If you're going to buy those non-reflective, rimless, titanium armed, weightless things you may as well get contact lenses.
12. Regret sucks.
13. Monogamy is a sham. True love is not.
14. A smile from a pregnant woman is worth more.
15. Good dancers are good in bed.
16. Everyone can sing. Even those who cant, can.
17. Email chain letters dont work. Delete at will.
18. Drag queens can bitchier than any bitchy bitch youve ever met. And funnier. And prettier.
19. Good looking people arent necessarily good lovers.
20. A picture paints a thousand words but a good novel always craps all over the adapted for screen version. Try to prove me otherwise with examples. I dare you.
