Reading: Salman Rushdie's Midnight's Children. I've been meaning to for years and have just started. As expected, I'm loving it already.
Spending my Sundays feeding homeless cats. They are so sweet and adorable. Last week two of my favourites found new homes. I see my future: it involves a crazy old lady with too many cats.
Practicing: my Japanese. By which I mean my very beginner's, very broken, very accented Japanese. But I'm enjoying it.
Sleeping: a lot. Around 9hrs nightly, lately. That's just silly - no one needs that much sleep. I really need a job to get me up in the morning otherwise I just don't bother.
Asking: anyone got any motivational tips? I'm lacking energy for life at the moment and need to get some fire under me... Seriously, 9 hours... That's. Just. Stupid.

If it's any consolation, consider how bad their english is:
Housing in Canberra is probably worse than Sydney. Haven't shopped around their lately, but it's hard to imagine anything worse than this.
