Reckon I have a recipe for chocolate-coated chillis somewhere ... let me dig around.
However I have acquired an extra-large bucket of water based UltraLube and will apply a liberal quantity to my fridge, all its contents and what the heck the stove as well, per your advice. I hope you're right about this...
