I have no willpower....

I need to start saving money, I'd like to eventually buy a house or condo or something instead of just giving money away for rent. So I made this huge deal about saving money and how I'm not going to buy anything new I don't absolutely need until I've got a good nest egg going.

Unfortunately for me those talented fuckers in this little band called "Pinback" decided to release a new cd called "Summer in Abaddon"... what else could I do? I bought it.

Unfortunately for me, the HMV downtown has a sale on - buy three cds/dvds at regular price, get one free. So obviously I had to buy two more cds to make buying that first one worth my money, especially since I've always got a list of albums i want that's a mile long.

So I also picked up Obsolete by Fear Factory (collectors edition w/ bonus tracks), Twoism by Boards of Canada, and 26 Mixes for Cash by AFX.

Hm, what else is interesting in my life?

I've got another date with "ok, i want to go!" girl. Looking forward to that, we're gonna watch some movies at my place tomorrow. She's definitely an intersting girl, very casual about everything.

I got my diesel sweeties Metal Steve t-shirt today. Now I need to grow a mullet.

My friend Owen might be moving in with me. It'll be my first roommate in 3 years, not counting my ex-fiance. I just can't justify having a 2 bedroom apt all to myself anymore.
