Well it finally happened. As most of you know I work in Corrections and have been doing so for 14 years now. During that time I have been hurt from time-to-time but never have been hurt were I didn't walk out on my own power. Yesterday I finally had to be taken to the hospital by someone else. I was responding to a situation between an officer and an inmate. The officer was trying to grab a thing away from the guy and just when I got there the inmate let go and the officer caught me with his elbow on the side of my jaw and down I went. Wasn't knocked out but talk about seeing stars...
Ends up I had a dislocated jaw which does hurt like hell, and a slight concussion. At least I didn't have to have my jaw wired or anything like that.

Don't know if I posted before but my son is living with me again. His mom kicked him out of the house again for being disrespectful and for leaving his clothes everywhere. Hell if I remember right, I had a mouth on me when I was 15. And shit, he is still a kid and who cares about the clothes. Kids do that kind of shit, hell I still do on occassion. Oh well, it is good having him with me, now if my daughter will just move in, things will be really good.

Hoping that the SGKY event this month does happen. I really want to see everyone.

Well off to try to eat something (still kind of hard) so hope everyone is doing ok.
