Well, as of this morning the house is officially on the market. We wanted to list it starting at $1.3 mil but the agent said $1.18 is a better start and should get at least 1.12 for it. A part of me is sad because my parents built this house and I was born and raised in it. Then again, selling this house allows for me to purchase a condo and live on my own. Even the thought of that is a little scary, but I'm 24 and need to move on with my life.

I'm sure it is hard... but it's good that you're getting to move on with your life. Make sure that you have all the pictures of it you want.
