Just got in from Home Depot and got some breakfast at JP's. Seems like Home Depot has become my second home lately ( I hate that place ). I was on the phone with my real estate agent for almost an hour last night and he called the broker that has the studio after we got off the phone. Turns out someone already has an offer in on it and its being inspected today. Oh well, maybe it will fall through. There were a couple other places that I liked but just substantially more money. One place I have in mind is like $60k more and I'm not so sure I want to float that much more of a number. I'm sure something will come along though, the market is just on fire in that neighborhood so I need to move fast on whatever I end up liking. Now I'm off to go work on the never ending upstairs apartment project.
