Have you ever had a craving and had no idea what it was for?

i'v been having exactly that lately. for the life of me i cant figure it out.
if i try to say out loud I'm craving .....
it has been coming back with 'i'm craving air'
no idea what that is supposed to mean but something hasn't been right with me lately.

over and over and over again... i dont think it was the lyrics... probably just the feel of the song that had me hooked.
lately i have been distancing myself from my friends emotionally but still physicality hanging out and partaking in whatever activity's are going on.
its a weird feeling and i dont think i like it.
any advice out there?
