Man I've been so fucking busy this quarter. On top of my regular teaching duties, I was giving a lecture series in the graduate student seminar. The series took a lot of my time to prepare for and just sucked the life out of me.
Now my advisor is reminding me that I should be working on coming up with a thesis and maybe making some progress toward graduating. With the lecture series out of the way I've started writing a program I'm going to use in my thesis (whatever it may be).
I miss programming. It's fun stuff. Although it's kind of easy to sit down and start working on something and then look up and 13 hours have past. So, I've been going to school earlier and earlier and leaving later and later.
I'm enjoying myself but it has been dragging down my social life a bit. Sorry about being so distant...life's just fucking crazy.
