there's nothing like brutal honesty to snap you out of any preconceived expectations of something that will never happen!

In other news, i hear a rumbling at work that there may be voluntary redundancies, a second chance to settle my debts knowing that whatever job i do next would mean that money being all mine and could perhaps plough into a rental/mortgage wherever i want... to be honest the fear of losing a safe job i've been in for 11 years is very daunting but is a necessity if i want to change my life instead of being stuck in this rut for the next 5 years of my life and which at my age is a bit of a shit place to be!
The question remains where to? London being the obvious choice for jobs and connections i have in the personnel industry really, but am open to anywhere, even abroad, why the hell not... mid life crisis looming!!
Oh and then there's next month, which most definitely will be a mid life crisis situation... time to bury my head in the sand and start ignoring birthdays.... la la la la,what?? not happening!! peter pan complex!! ahhhhhh!
