I went to a Decemberists concert with Brian. It can be summarized in one word...AMAZING! Last time i saw them I had to leave early and that sucked. They're good live. At the end a whale came out and ate everyone. Limbs and blood were everywhere! After they finished the last song they jumped off stage and crowd surfed. I reached my hand out to Colin Meloy and he grabbed it! We held hands! YES. I also found a guitar pick on the floor on our way out. I'm pretty sure it was one of theirs. It's the same color, so therefore it has to be. I might have had the most fun at a show ever last night!

Things will get better in the summer. All I'm doing is waiting to leave for San Francisco in a couple of months. I'm not even ready! Sulking is done with. It's time to get serious and pull myself together. 1- 2 -3 GO!

My younger brother Sam is one of the coolest kids ever. He decided to come into the city and wake me up so we could hang out. It made me happy to have him around that day. And he really loves his banana.
