yes that actually happened at my last job too, exactly to the quiting point! I walked out on valentines day, at a hotel, with 3 years under my belt and the longest standing employee, I think most companies do it so they can hire the upper level at a lower pay rate, at least that is what i think they were doing.....

When you think back about your day do you think about its events in first person, or third person?

Ive noticed that I seem to remember them in third person. When I think back about the days events I almost feel like im on the outside looking in. Any ways there was really no real reason for this entry, just another random thought.
