You know you can get the weirdest diseases at your regular practitioner's office, right?
Well, I think I contracted albinism at the hairdresser's yesterday.



Please ignore the weird orage-ish colour around the roots. The camera seems to be somewhat colour blind.

I never thought my hair could get THAT discoloured but then again, I'm starting to suspect my colourist shouldn't be trusted with peroxide at all, as she's not too responsible around it.
Every hairdresser I've met has tried to talk me out of bleaching as they don't know I have "Highlander" hair. Really, you need to chop it down in order to kill it. I've even gotten chemical burns in my scalp because of the bleach, but my hair survives. I probably shouldn't be saying this, but I've also kind of lost some of the sensitivity there too...

But worry not, my friends. My albinism was short-lived and was cured with a single dose of magenta hair-dye.
Funny thing is that with such a light-coloured base, I think I'm almost... fluorescent?
Wouldn't be surprised if my head glows in the dark too.

Right now Argentina is playing against Nigeria.
